CNORL - Cyber Net Offline Racing League is a NR2003 Offline Racing League.
In other words its pretty much a game, you can paint your car, give me a link to download it with, and I will race it in a game on my computer and post the results and everything.
There are several features and leagues to compete in:

Series to compete in so far are CUP, Nationwide(Young Gunz), and the Trucks Series.

Many different upgrades you can use for the aspect of your driver such as:

Aggression

Road Course
Short Track Speedway
Super Speedway
Aerodynamics
Chassis
